  5. Fairs Daybook operates as a separate cash book, expenditure book and income
  6. book and provides a profit and loss statement. It provides full analysis of all
  7. office cash flow and full historic records. There is an unlimited number of
  8. account names for each of the three books and the names are user-defined.
  9. Analyses of transactions can be done for each book for selected accounts and
  10. for selected periods. There is an option to include or exclude VAT and to vary
  11. the VAT percentage. There is automatic calculation of the VAT amount and/or the
  12. total amount. The setting up, entry of details and browse and edit facilities
  13. are all very easy to use. This ensures that there is complete control over the
  14. details, thus facilitating accurate and flexible reporting. Daybook, like all
  15. Fairs' software, is designed to be easy to use with little or no training.
